Easy Start Guide: Your TheTitan™ Workout Bar
Let's get you moving! Just follow these super simple steps to start using your new workout bar.
Step 1: Get It Ready
- Open the box and put your bar together. Make sure all the pieces click or screw in tightly. It should feel solid!
Step 2: Find Your Spot
- Pick an open space where you won't hit anything. Think of having enough room to stretch your arms and legs all around you.
Step 3: Quick Warm-Up
- Do about 5 minutes of light movement. March in place, swing your arms, or gently twist your body. Just get those muscles ready!
Step 4: Get a Feel for It
- Hold the bar a few different ways to see what's comfy.
If you have bands, learn how to snap them on and off. See how changing bands makes it easier or harder.
Step 5: Pick Your Workout!
